MANHEIM RENEWABLE NATURAL GAS (RNG) FACILITY UPGRADE

Project Overview

Vetra Construction Services served as the general contractor for a brownfield renewable natural gas (RNG) facility upgrade, completed for one of our key midstream clients. The project focused on enhancements to the site’s gas quality system, supporting the growing demand for cleaner energy infrastructure.

Scope of Work

The comprehensive scope of work included:

•       Installation of a new gas quality building with all associated piping and ancillary equipment

•       Civil and site work, including foundations and new site access points

•       Complete electrical work, including communications equipment installation

•       Final terminations and startup programming

Environmental Stewardship

Due to the proximity of existing operations and delineated wetlands, Vetra implemented extensive matting to protect active facilities and coordinated closely with environmental teams on a daily basis. This careful approach ensured zero environmental incidents throughout the project duration.

Safety & Execution

The Manheim RNG project was delivered through disciplined planning, careful execution within an operating facility, and a strong commitment to environmental stewardship and safety — demonstrating Vetra’s ability to work safely in complex, sensitive environments.
