PORT ROYAL METER & REGULATOR STATION

Project Overview

Vetra Construction Services served as the general contractor for the construction of a greenfield meter and regulator (M&R) station, completed for one of our key midstream clients. This critical piece of oil and gas infrastructure supports new station operations and expands capacity within the client’s pipeline network.

Scope of Work

The project scope included construction of the complete M&R station facility along with an associated 16” lateral pipeline featuring two 16” hot taps to support new station operations. VCS was responsible for overall site execution, including:

•       Self-performed piping installation

•       Civil and excavation scopes

•       Subcontractor management and coordination

•       Major equipment installation

Safety & Execution

The Port Royal M&R station was completed with a strong safety culture, disciplined planning, effective subcontractor controls, and incident-free performance — reflecting Vetra’s commitment to delivering quality results without compromise.
