CAMPBELL CENTRAL SCHOOL MAINTENANCE BUILDING

 Project Overview

Vetra Construction Services crews performed all scopes of work to install a new maintenance building for one of our local schools, the Campbell Central School District. The completed facility features a pre-engineered metal building with large overhead bay doors for vehicle and equipment access, along with an open-front storage structure — providing the district with dedicated space for equipment storage, vehicle maintenance, and facilities management operations.

Scope of Work

Vetra self-performed the complete scope, including:

•       Concrete foundation and slab construction

•       Pre-engineered metal building erection

•       Large overhead door installation for vehicle and equipment access

•       Open-front storage structure with concrete retaining walls

•       Exterior cladding, roofing, and lighting

•       Complete site work, grading, and paving
